By booking a session with Healing Lounge you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a safe, ethical, and transparent healing experience for both practitioner and client.
1. Nature of Services
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing.
Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or offer medical treatment. Reiki is a complementary therapy and should not replace professional medical, psychological, or physiotherapy advice.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate health and personal information.
Continuing to seek appropriate medical, psychological, or emergency care when necessary.
Understanding that results vary by individual and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
3. Consent to Treatment
By booking a session, you consent to receive Reiki energy healing in the format selected (in-person or distance). You acknowledge that you may experience physical, emotional, or energetic shifts during or after the session.
4. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Distance Healing
For distant Reiki sessions, you understand that the session is conducted remotely and that energy may be received regardless of your physical location or activity at the time of the session.
6. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.
Refunds are not offered after a session has been completed.
7. Late Arrival
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients. The full session fee still applies.
8. Scope of Practice
Practitioners will always operate within their professional scope and training. Any additional guidance, such as intuitive messages or energetic impressions, is offered for insight only and not as factual or predictive information.
9. Personal Wellbeing
Reiki treatments may bring awareness to emotional blocks or physical tension. Clients are encouraged to practice self-care after sessions and seek support if any discomfort persists.
10. Liability
By booking, you release Healing Lounge and its practitioners from any liability for injuries, conditions, or side effects allegedly arising from Reiki treatments or spiritual guidance. You assume full responsibility for your wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.
11. House & Space Clearing Services
Clients must ensure safe access to the property and understand that energy clearing is a spiritual practice, not a guarantee of specific physical, emotional, or environmental changes.
12. Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
